Data Deletion

1. Disconnect a connected account (self-service)

Disconnecting any connected platform — Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or Shopify — from the Integrations screen in your Zone Artificial dashboard immediately revokes our access and deletes the OAuth tokens we held for that integration. You can do this yourself at any time, for any single integration, without deleting your whole account.

2. Delete your whole account and data

To delete your Zone Artificial workspace and all associated personal data, email info@zoneartificial.com (or bilgi@pirayereklam.com.tr) from the email address registered to the account, with the subject "Data deletion request". We verify the request, process it, and confirm completion within 30 days. Account data is deleted within 90 days of workspace deletion, except where we are required to retain limited billing records under applicable tax law, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

You can remove Zone Artificial's access to your Meta account at any time from Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, then select Zone Artificial and remove it. Doing so revokes our access. To also delete the data we hold, send the deletion request described in section 2. We honor Meta data-deletion requests for the data associated with your connection.

4. Shopify

For merchants who connect a Shopify store, Zone Artificial automatically processes Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks — customers/redact, shop/redact, and customers/data_request — so that customer-data redaction and shop-data deletion requests sent through Shopify are handled without any manual step. Note that our Shopify integration reads only aggregated daily sales and order-count metrics; it does not read or store individual customers' names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses.
